1. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be canceled.
2. If the car body parts are already in transit, you must follow our Return Policy once the items are delivered.
3. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred during the delivery and return process.

3. Special Orders and Customized Parts

1. Cancellations are not permitted for "Special Order" items or parts that have been specifically sourced or customized for your vehicle model.
2. These parts are ordered specifically for your request and cannot be returned to our standard inventory.

4. Cancellation by Al-Awan Autos and Body Parts

We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

3. Limitations on shipping to certain regions within Pakistan.
