1. Return Period

1. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it at your location in Pakistan.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Condition of Parts

1. The item must be in its original packaging.
2. Crucial Note: Any body parts (such as bumpers, fenders, or hoods) that have been painted, sanded, or installed on a vehicle cannot be returned.
3. Items must have the original receipt or proof of purchase from our website, alawanautosandbodyparts.com.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

1. Given the fragile nature of car body parts, please inspect your order immediately upon delivery from the courier.
2. If the part is damaged during transit or is the wrong part for your Suzuki, Honda, or Toyota model, please contact us within 24 hours.
3. We may require photo or video evidence of the damaged part and the packaging to process your claim.

4. Non-Returnable Items

1. Electrical parts (sensors, lights, etc.) are generally non-returnable once the seal is broken or the part has been tested.
2. Custom-ordered parts or items specifically marked as "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

5. Return Shipping

1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. We recommend using a trackable courier service in Pakistan to ensure the part reaches us safely.

6. Inspection and Restocking

1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
2. If your return is approved after inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer).
3. A restocking fee may apply to certain large body parts depending on the condition of the return.
